Pork Tenderloin
A pork tenderloin is low in saturated fat and has 6% of the magnesium you need a day along with 15% of the potassium you need. Another great thing about pork tenderloin is that you can cook more than you need and then just keep the leftovers in the fridge so you have something healthy and ready to go the next time you don’t feel like cooking.

Fat Free Plain Yogurt
