Trifle smoothie bowl

1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1 cup trim milk
2 tablespoons low-fat natural yoghurt
2 tablespoons raw whole almonds, or ground almonds
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon almond extract
1 tablespoon chia seeds


Step 1Blend ingredients with a handful of ice. Pour smoothie into a small bowl and serve.


Swap the natural yoghurt for vanilla yoghurt, or, for a special occasion, custard! (Use gluten-free options if required.)

Serving suggestions

Garnish with a few frozen berries, almond slivers and a sprinkling of chia seeds.
